Facility Security Officer (FSO)/Security Manager (Carlisle, MA facility)
The individual will be responsible for the management and implementation of security operations and support activities, including secure facilities planning and management, information technology, records management, and resources management.This would include processing personnel clearances, employee briefings, and visit requests and ensuring the Company's Security Program is compliant with all government security regulations and requirements under the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and supporting Government security audits.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years experience in security management required. Prior training and FSO certifications in applicable DoD Industrial Security programs and policies is preferred. Experience with the implementation of the requirements specified in DoD 5105.21-M-1 (SCI Administrative Security Manual) is desired. Experience with JPAS and eQIP is desired. A current SSBI is required. The individual must be eligible for SCI, and be able to maintain SCI eligibility.
Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)/Systems Administrator (Carlisle, MA facility)
The individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining secure information systems, performing security assessments, and ensuring information security in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and (DCID 6/3), ICD 503. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5 years as an ISSO/SA preferred. Current IT security certifications desired. A current SSBI is required. The individual must be eligible for SCI, and be able to maintain SCI eligibility.
Essential work elements include:
Create and maintain Master System Security Plan (MSSP) and required addendums for all relevant information systems;
Set-up and administer secure computer systems and networks in compliance with NISPOM Chapater 8 and ICD 503;
Prepare required Certification and Accreditation (C&A;) documentation and artifacts in accordance with DoD (Department of Defense) and other agencies;
Understand and maintain compliance with established network security processes, procedures and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS) in accordance with the ICD 503 and the ODAA Manual.
Establish and maintain operations procedures for relevant information systems. Conduct scheduled system audits in accordance with NISPOM and ICD 503 requirements as established in the MSSP.
Perform event and incident management processes as determined through data generated from security systems. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements and act on potential gaps.
Knowledge of ICD 503 and NISPOM Chapter 8 certification and accreditation process;
Experience interfacing with DSS and other Government Information Security Professionals as an ISSO;
Strong understanding of computer software, hardware, and system administration;
Ability to configure laptop/desktops, install applications, setup network infrastructure and troubleshoot as required.
Software/Test Engineer (Alexandria, VA facility)
The project is a Department of Defense (DoD) Program of Record. The individual will accomplish the verification and validation of software products running on UNIX and Windows servers. Work will be performed primarily in the Stafford, VA area with periodic local travel to the Rosslyn and Reston, VA areas. Limited travel CONUS/OCONUS will/may be required. Candidate must possess a current TS clearance with SCI access. Individual will be working in a team environment; both oral and written communication skills are a must. BS in systems engineering, computer science or related technical discipline highly desired (equivalent experience acceptable).
Core duties include: Assessment of functional and performance requirements; Development of test plans, procedures and reports; Evaluation of software product to ensure product meets specified requirements and meets user's needs; Documentation and presentation of identified problems within the software application in a clear and concise manner; Assessment of developer design review material; Witnessing developer system tests; Providing input to internally and externally developed project documentation.
Background skills include: Self-starter requiring minimal supervision; Minimum of 5 years experience in a software engineering/software testing or related technical field; An understanding of software testing processes and techniques; In-Depth knowledge of counter intelligence/human intelligence is desired; Experience with software testing tools such as HP LoadRunner or Rational Robot would be beneficial.

Reliability Engineer (Carlisle, MA facility)
Reliability Engineer is needed to perform and document worst case circuit analyses using circuit simulation software, electrical stress analyses, failure rate/reliability predictions and failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA) on space electronics designs. Additional responsibilities will include interfacing with program managers, design engineers and customer representatives. Good interpersonal skills are required. BSEE, BSET or equivalent is preferred with experience in electronic circuit design and analysis. ASEE, ASET and military electronics personnel will be considered if the candidate can demonstrate adequate proficiency in electronic circuit theory and the supporting mathematics. Manufacturing Process Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing) (Chelmsford, MA facility)
Responsible for manufacturing process development, implementation and control. Also responsible for initiating, evaluating and implementing solutions to design manufacturability and manufacturing issues, implementing manufacturing process improvements, and coordinating design changes and improvements necessary to improve manufacturability. Duties include: develop and qualify new manufacturing processes; perform manufacturing process characterization and optimization; develop and maintain process specifications, procedures and documentation; design manufacturing process tooling; set up automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment, and train assembly operators in equipment operation and maintenance. Circuit Card Assembly Technician (Chelmsford, MA facility)
Responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes are defined and maintained to consistently manufacture high quality circuit card assemblies (CCA's) and electronic equipment, working closely with Manufacturing and Design Engineering. Duties will include: process development and maintenance, documented in the form of assembly aids and assembly procedures; machine programming; reflow profiling; process anomaly resolution. Skills required include a minimum of 5 years experience in electronics manufacturing process development and support. Associates Degree in an engineering discipline preferred. Knowledge of CCA/SMT assembly processes and equipment; knowledge of S/W and techniques for Pick and Place programming, and reflow oven programming; knowledge of circuit card manufacturing processes and technologies including high density BGA, CCGA, LGA and QFN packages. Knowledge of IPC-A-610E and JSTD-001D for acceptance of soldered electrical connections Per class 3. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Earned Value Management Specialist (Carlisle, MA facility)
Responsible for implementing the Assurance Technology Corporation (ATC) earned value management system (EVMS) on assigned ATC development programs. Responsible for the technical development of high reliability space particle instrumentation for measurement and monitoring of space weather. Responsible for all aspects of instrumentation development including integration, test, calibration, on-orbit operations, and manufacturing. Provide technical leadership and systems engineering on satellite and/or tactical communications programs. Parts, Materials and Processes (PMP) Engineer (Chelmsford, MA facility)
Provide PMP engineering support to parts and materials selection by the electrical and packaging design engineers, verifying parts and materials acceptability and/or shortcomings relative to the application in the areas of performance, package design, quality, environment, radiation, materials, processes and producibility. Interpret specifications and develop part electrical and screening test requirements, test flows and qualification procedures. Monitor test accomplishment and generate test reports. Generate SCDs, PMP program implementation plans and parts and materials lists, and provide the customer PMP interface.
