West County Branch is looking for volunteers to assist with computer classes. Volunteers must be available in the afternoons from 2pm-4pm. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including WORD 2010 level 1 & 2, Excel 2010 and PowerPoint 2010. Any experience assisting with computer software training would be beneficial. AACPL branches are often looking for volunteers to assist staff with a variety of library activities such as unpacking of books, book repair, filing and computer orientation. These positions usually require the ability to bend, lift boxes and books, use a hand held scanning device, and to stand for periods of time. Training for volunteers is provided by staff and other volunteers. If interested, please contact your local library.
